What I'm doing now
Consulting. I'm taking learning design and learning infrastructure engagements: program design, evaluation systems, and the tooling that keeps learning teams running. Recent work includes a self-paced Python chatbot course for Hackergal and the website and information architecture for storiesofmen.org, a project by Stephanie Tholand.
Building Prax. A family of free, open-format micro-tools for interactive learning content. The furthest along is Proof, an MIT-licensed learning results tracker: xAPI ingest, an accessible dashboard, CSV/JSON export, and one-click deploy.
Learning in the open. I write about learning design and infrastructure at learnintheopen.com, where I'm also building shared design guidelines for learning content.
Co-facilitating AI Fieldwork with L&D Shakers: a four-week, hands-on cohort for L&D professionals exploring how AI can serve their work.
What I'm open to
Consulting engagements, as above. I'm also open to a full-time role in learning programs or learning infrastructure — directing, managing, or contributing hands-on — with a team that makes its intentions explicit, works in the open, and decides with the people its work affects. That's how I've led before: listening deeply, bridging educators and engineers, and building programs that keep running after I leave.
I'm also glad to co-create community projects on relational learning, community technology education, and digital literacy and creativity.
I'm based in Tiohtià:ké/Montréal and work in English and French.
